职位描述

Main Responsibilities /Accountabilities / Tasks
-Understand human resources management needs in the assigned protfolio through regular and efficient communication with line managers and offer feasible solutions.
-Execute the recruitment plan to ensure effective and quality delivery of staffing services to internal clients, and the staffing programs are in compliance with China labor law and company policies.
-Support the job evaluation, C&B, performance management, people development for the assigned portfolio/locations.
-Cooperate with other HR team to provide professional and satisfied HR services to internal customers.
-Assist in building and developing talent pool.
-Conduct coaching and advise employees on relevant HR matters and policies.
-Keep abreast of market intelligent and make recommendations to human resources management programs (such as benefit programs) for staff retention and engagement.
-Participate in ad hoc tasks/projects as assigned by the management for improving the department’s service level and work quality,
-Escalate emergencies and questionable practices to supervisors in a timely manner to protect the Bank from potential operational risk and associated loss related to employment and people management.
-Implement all external rules and regulations and internal Compliance policy and procedures to protect the bank from any potential risk.
-Comply with Code of Conduct as well as other applicable laws and local regulations; internal policies, compliance rules and procedures; and permanent supervision requirement relevant to the job.
-Take responsibility to report any incidents and suspicious cases. Maintain a high level of personal integrity and uphold the bank’s ethical standard both in professional activities and personal conduct.

Academic Background (degree and major)
-University graduate.

Working Experience /Technical Skills & Know how
-5 years solid experiences at least in human resources function.
-Possesses work experience from multinational companies is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies
-Proactive and energetic, meticulous and attention to details, able to work under pressure and handle multi-tasks in an efficient manner; good communication skill.

Language Skills
-Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin).

Computer Skill
-Good command of MS Office application, especially Excel.
