Main Responsibilities
? Training Roadmap development and implementations;
? Develop, coordinate, and deliver training programs to meet business objectives;
? Work closely with BU Head if necessary, external consulting firms/trainers to develop and customize training curriculums of the training program;
? Negotiate the training terms and costs with relevant training vendors;
? Yearly training plan and budgeting;
? Formulate and update training policies, programs and schedules. Oversee the implementation of training programs;
? Participate in the HR Filed work and others yearly program of HR Function;
? Co-work with other HR function team members for Competency Model development and maintenance;
? Lead the group annual celebration and sport event.

Experience/Education Required
? Bachelor degree required and advanced degree in HR management related fields preferred
? Minimum 3 year experience in the HR function, working in Training and Development field plus
? Experience in talent development programs, e.g. Leadership program and etc.
? Demonstrated communication skills to all employees including senior executives
? Proven presentation and facilitation skills to diversified audiences with variable degrees of knowledge
? Ability to prioritize and organize work in a multitasked environment
? Ability to coach, guide, manage and develop direct report
? Good analytical skills and strategic thinking
? Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach to daily tasks and responsibilities
? Native Mandarin and excellent spoken and written of English.
