Duties:
1. Responsible for managing a sales team to develop & drive new business and services via the securing of new Records Management customers to meet the budgeted new carton intake and budgeted sales revenue.
2. Perform sales calls on potential corporate accounts to secure maintain their Records Management business
3. Ensure RM Sales follow-up company regulations & policy; provide continual improvement of such policies & regulations.
4. Prepare corporate account quotations and update information into Sales Force (our CRM software).
5. Following the guidelines to develop sales leads for new business

Requirements:
6. College or bachelor degree
7. Minimum 5 years relevant sales experience and 2 years management experience.
8. Fluent in Mandarin Chinese & English
9. Sales oriented, good communication and negotiation skill.
