Responsibility
1. Order Fulfillment & Management
-- Indirect Order (via Arysta Shanghai): perform the order fulfillment for the region assigned, since from the order receipt till goods departure, including the tracking of goods availability with suppliers, interaction with freight forwarder for vessel booking, communication with regional Business Units (BU’s), document preparation and verification;
-- Order Tracking: maintain the updated logistics information for the appropriate indirect orders (via Arysta Shanghai). Maintain the detail on these Purchase Orders (PO’s) : 1) in the PO Register file held on the file server; 2) in the Kingdee system.

2. CCP (China Crop Protection) Support:
-- Support the import logistics for CCP, including the import license application;
-- Track the order fulfillment status, and update it in server

Knowledge and Skill Desired
1. Associate degree or above, preferably with major in International Trade/Logistics Management
2. Import/Export logistics experience required. Chemical DG cargo approach experience is a plus
3. Solid analysis skills
4. Fluent in Mandarin and English (verbal and written)
5. Team work and problem solving skills
6. Good communication skills
7. Good to Excellent MicroSoft Excel skills

Reporting
The Role will report into the existing Order Fulfilment Specialist roles
