【岗位职责】

1. 熟悉制造业生产流程、生产能力及生产计划编制，物料拉动，排程更新发放，确保准时出货。

2. 根据销售交货计划结合物料计划制订生产日.周.月计划，包括物料需求计划、产能规划、交期规划等日常性管理工作

3. 协调采购,生产等环节,确保生产物料的供应及生产的达成;

4. 跟进、监控物料购买进度，掌控物料库存状况

5. 分析生产计划的执行结果,不断提高生产计划的合理性和准确性; 物料有异常情况及时提出，与同事积极沟通处理；

6. 与供应商进行沟通，管控合理库存；确保材料信息正确并定期更新

7. 更新维护IFS系统；

Responsibilities:

1. Be familiar with manufacturing processes, production capacity, production planning and material pushing; release updated schedule and ensure the on time delivery.

2. Work out daily, weekly and yearly schedule according to delivery plans and material plans, which including material requirements, capacity, delivery etc.

3. Coordination of procurement, production and other sectors, to ensure the supply of production materials and production reached.

4. Follow-up, monitor the progress of material purchase, control the inventory of materials

5. Analyze the implementation results of production planning, improve the rationality and accuracy of production planning; if there is anything wrong with the materials, put forward it and communicate with colleague s to deal with the problem.

6. Communicate with suppliers, inventory control and reasonable; ensure that material information is correct and periodically updated

7. Update and Maintain the IFS system

【资格需求】：

1. 本科及以上学历毕业

2. 三年以上电子制造业生产计划工作经验并熟悉电子制造业的工艺流程。

3. 具备英文沟通能力者尤佳。

4. 工作认真主动，态度积极；具有高度责任心，较强的逻辑分析能力和判断力。

5. 具良好的学习能力和沟通能力，工作适应度强。

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above.

2. More than three years working experience in electronic manufacturing production plans and is familiar with electronics manufacturing process.

3. Have the ability to communicate in English is preferred.

4. Work seriously and actively, with positive attitude, a high sense of responsibility, strong analytical skills and sense of logic.

5. Good learning ability and communication skills, strong fitness
