岗位职责：
1、负责与客户电话沟通，记录及分析客户需求；
2、负责跟踪销售部客户回访及意向登记；
3、负责与全国供应商电话沟通；
4、负责公司运营部辅助工作；
5、对公司运营项目起到协调作用。

任职要求：
1、拥有1年以上电话客服经验，大专及以上学历；
2、良好的口语表达能力有良好的服务意识及团队合作精神；
3、负责客服电话的接听、记录和处理工作；
4、普通话标准，计算机操作熟练。
