1. Lead and supervise Account Managers to provide services to customers to ensure program compliance and point out highly visible problems;
2. Schedule and organize employee development and motivational programs to develop employees and too decrease turnover rate;
3. Visit each facility regularly and solicit input from middle level and senior level Facility Management. Resolve issues and concerns to meet customer expectations;
4. Participate in the development of training programs. Teach and coach managers and supervisors on an ongoing basis to develop their capabilities to meet customer needs;
5. Provide business forecast and financial forecast, monitor spending, and meet or exceed budgets for his/her business unit while staying within established guidelines;
6. Work with other support departments in an effective and professional manner to get and effectively utilize resources within ARAMARK;
7. Interpret and communicate ARAMARK policies, procedures and guidelines to promote their consistent application with each facility;
8. Manage staffing and performance of subordinates. Develop and train subordinates in order to increase their skills for current position and/or for future development opportunities.
9. Monitor and control the execution of purchasing procedures and inventory maintenance.
任职要求：
1、形象较好，本科以上学历，学士学位或海外酒店相关的餐饮/酒店管理专业为佳；
2、4年以上管理经验,餐饮服务经验是必需的,了解西餐服务，熟悉餐厅营运，相关团餐工作经验者优先,；
3、英语口语、书写流利；
4、熟练运用办公(Excel,Word、PowerPoint)
5、具有良好的沟通管理能力，和较强的综合事务处理能力；
6、具有较强的服务意识和责任心
