The Position

As the position holder, your role and responsibilities are to lead and develop relevant logistics activities (warehousing and distribution) safely, efficiently by reasonable cost; and execute GMP and GSP regulation strictly; control transportation cost; keep high level of customer satisfaction and provide service with high quality to other departments, details are as below.
岗位简介：以合理的成本安全高效地领导、发展相关的物流活动（仓库运作及配送）；严格执行GMP和GSP；控制运输成本，提高客户满意度；为公司其他部门提供优质服务。具体工作内容如下：
1. To lay down warehouse SOPs and train the employees. To ensure warehouse management in accordance with GMP regulation and no safety/security accident.
制订仓库相关SOP，培训员工，确保仓库处于GMP管理状态，无安全事故。
2. Be responsible for stock management (stock accuracy, dead /expiring material handling, utilization management, etc.)
负责库存管理，如库存准确性、无用/近效期物料处理、仓库库容率及解决方案等等。
3. Be responsible for maintenance of relevant modules in SAP & MES, and China serialization barcode execution.
负责SAP与MES系统相关模块维护，以及中国药监码的日常操作及维护。
4. Be responsible for global PQS implementation in logistics.
负责总部PQS在物流部的贯彻实施。
5. To cooperate with planning, procurement and commercial team closely in order to make sure both of production and distribution are reliable under limited warehouse facility.
与计划、采购、商务紧密协作，确保在有限仓库条件下维持生产与销售的连续性。
6. To coordinate with commercial, distributor and logistics provider, in order to improve customer satisfaction level (OTIF).
协调销售商务、经销商与物流供应商的 协作关系，提高客户满意度 (OTIF)。
7. Be responsible for the transport vendor selection and evaluation to ensure the transportation with high quality.
负责选择、评估运输商，按时保质保量运输。
8. Be responsible for OTIF target setup with regional SCM, reporting and tracking, etc.
负责OTIF的目标设定（与亚太区供应链），OTIF的月度报告及跟踪。
9. To control the transportation cost in budget.
负责运输费用的预算及控制。
10. Be responsible for the management of IMP China depot.
负责中国临床样品的物流管理。
11. Be responsible for the management of marketing promotion goods and fixed assets receipt.
负责市场部促销资料的物流管理及固定资产的收货。
12. To take the role of logistics security and logistics safety local officer.
作为物流security 和safety的本地执行官，确保物流过程中的货物安全、人员安全，将货物被偷盗风险降至最低。

Who you are

You’re someone who wants to influence your own development. You’re looking for a company where you have the opportunity to pursue your interests across functions and geographies. Where a job title is not considered the final definition of who you are, but the starting point.

To be the successful applicant, you hold a Bachelor Degree with major in logistic, commercial, Pharma, chemistry and finance, also you are required to have at least GET-4 certificate. You possess at least 8 years experiences in warehouse management with at least 5 years experiences in Pharma, chemistry or food field. It is preferred if you have logistic management as well as RDC management experience. Your experience in GMP/MRP II/GSP is nice to have. You are good at English speaking, reading and writing and you demonstrate good communication and coordination ability.
任职要求：
1. 大学本科，物流，商务，医药，化工，财会等专业优先
2. 大学英语四级以上
3. 至少8年仓储管理经验, 至少5年医药，化工或食品行业经验
4. 有物流管理和区域分销中心管理经验者优先
5. 有GMP/MRP II/GSP 实施经验者优先
6. 良好的英语表达能力
7. 良好的沟通及协调能力
