Job Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Validate and book AR invoices timely and accurately;
2. Timely manage collection posting and clear;
3. Timely bind and archive accounting vouchers and related reports;
4. Be responsible for required AR reports in a timely and accurate manner:
a) Work with GL team to respect monthly closing deadline;
b) Provide monthly AR aging report with comments for long aging balance to local entity, especially for bad debt analysis and provision proposal;
c) Send monthly intercompany confirmations and perform intercompany reconciliation;
d) Perform monthly VAT output reconciliation with ERP database;
e) Provide ad-hoc analysis and reports per requirement.
5. Actively participate in internal and external audits to provide required information timely and accurately;
6. Support other team members from the Shared Service Centre on achieving team and individual goals, ensuring that high level of customer service is maintained;
7. Perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned.

2. 及时处理回款和清账业务；
3. 及时装订和存档会计凭证和相关报告；
4. 及时准确地提供应收账款报告：
a) 与总账团队合作在规定时间内完成月度结账;
b) 提供月度的应收账款的账龄报告及逾期账龄分析，特别是坏账分析和坏账计提建议；
c) 每月发送关联方的应收账款对账单，并执行内部关联公司对账；
d) 完成月度增值税销项税调节表并与ERP系统记录匹配；
e) 根据要求提供各类分析和报表。
5. 积极参与内部及外部审计，及时准确地提供所需信息；
6. 为达成团队和个人的目标，向其他团队成员提供支持，以保证高质量的客户服务；
7. 完成领导临时交办的任务。

Requirements:
1. University degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics;
2. Hold accounting certificate;
3. 2+ year relevant working experience in the same position;
4. Awareness of internal control principles and processes;
5. Be familiar with ERP module and Proficient in Office software;
6. Good written and spoken English communication skills;
7. Good interpersonal skills and team player;
8. Being able to work independently and under pressure.

2. 持有会计上岗证；
3. 2年以上相同职位企业相关工作经验；
4. 对内部控制的原理和流程有一定的了解；
5. 熟悉ERP系统；熟练使用办公软件；
6. 良好的人际交往能力和团队合作精神；
7. 能够独立工作和承受压力。
