HR Manager
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement HR strategies/policies in accordance with company overall business strategy.
2. Responsible for managing recruitment resourse to ensure good manpower supply.
3. Implements and improves company's Compensation & Benefits policies and procedures, in order to ensure fairness and competitiveness
4. Analyzes, defines, promotes, implements and controls the training and development policies for the company, in order to adapt the competencies to its needs.
5. Develops, improves and implements various people development tools to motivate employees by defining their development and career path
6. Improve Benefit&Compensation plan to ensure competition strength in accordance with company's strategy.
7. Responsible for labor relationship management,harmonize good connection with labor management Authorities.
8. Organise and supervise the management of related foreign employee affairs.
Qualification:
HR management,Business management and other related major
Related training in Human resources management, labor law
Be familiar with HR management and related Labor laws,skilled in WORD,EXCELL,PPT etc
8 years or above experience in HR,including 5 years HR management experience
Above average oral, comprehension and written communication skills in Chinese and English.
Good ability of organization,communication,coordination,implementation
Europe and the United States company experience is preferred
