职位描述
岗位职责
1. 全面负责公司人事、行政、后勤等工作的规划与管理，以提高公司的综合管理水平；
2. 负责公司管理制度的建立、修订及执行监督；
3. 负责工厂员工关系的管理，维护好和谐的用工关系；
4. 建立、健全、完善对外及公司内部行政体系；
5. 负责维护公司与政府部门及相关企事业单位的良好关系；
6. 负责公司5S管理工作；
7. 负责公司的企划宣传及各类接待工作，营造良好的工作氛围；
8. 完成总经理交办的其他任务。
任职资格
1. 管理类专业，本科及以上学历；
2. 八年以上工作经验，五年以上制造业行政人事部门经理以上工作经验；
3. 熟悉人力资源体系的各项工作，在招聘、培训、绩效考核、薪资福利设计、人力资源发展计划等方面有丰富的专业知识和实际操作经验；
4. 熟悉相关政策及法律、法规；精通办公室、宿舍、食堂、安全、清洁等行政后勤管理事项；
5. 熟悉相关政府办事流程，具备丰富的内外部关系处理经验；
6. 具备出色的口头、书面表达能力及沟通协调能力；
7. 具备优秀的职业素质和团队协作精神，工作严谨细致、积极主动、条理清晰，组织协调、沟通能力佳，执行能力强；
