1.Menu preparation:
a)Menu Proposal checked by nutritionist according to the FDA’s Dietary Reference Intakes (DRIs) data
b)Check if the starch and vegetable are coupled with the main dish
c)Check the color of dishes
d)Keep monitoring providing balanced meals

2.Menu proposal flow: Chef => Nutritionist => Chef=> Print and sent to school In case of any modification after nutritionist check, menu should be sent back to nutritionist for final confirmation.

3.Food Labeling: According to our Health Programme (It is an extra service from the nutritionist team of Compass Group offered to our clients as a way to promote good nutrition and healthy living on site.) our nutritionist will help to label the meals that we provided. The labeling system is due to make a suggestion to you to choose the food that will be on your plate. With this suggestion you will get less fat, sodium and cholesterol. Also, you may pick up more vitamins and minerals.

4.Health Way of living: Besides of the food checking and labeling, our nutritionist will also provide the health tips. You may have a look at our monthly health news, the posters and the tabletalkers in the canteen. All of them give you the advice of how to make your way of living healthier!
