Overall Role Purpose:
Handle day-to-day operations and transaction in the forwarding area,Colgate 4PL coordinator
Jod Description:
？Handle customer inquiries
？Handle customer complaints
？Coordinate with customer & related party for exception case solution /management
？Send regular relative reports punctually to customers
？Coordinate with carriers/ broker / trucker /suppliers to ensure smooth operations
Booking process
Shipping document management
Trucking, customer clearance arrangement
Daily/weekly shipment status / track & trace /KPI report
KPI performance review with related party
Coordinate / review with KAM / LLP manager on customer requirements / operation issues
Focus on individual performance
Job Requirement:
Knowledge
？Good knowledge about ocean , air , logistics industry
？Good general logistics operation knowledge ( working experience on shipping operation / customer service / control tower role )
？Basic knowledge logistics system
？Good knowledge of LLP ( lead logistics provider ) / control tower
？Knowledge of SOP building up
Competences
？Good communication and interpersonal skill
？Good coordination skill
？Numerical sensitivity ( particular for MS Excel Skill )
？Good logical and analytical skill
？Good exception management skill & time management
？Good written & spoken English
？Good team work & willing take a challenge
