Responsibilities:

- Cisco UC solutions support and operations
- Handle L2/L3 escalations from Network Operations center on Cisco UC solutions
- Monitor and perform critical changes, patches, upgrades on Cisco UC solutions
- Monitor and manage capacity and performance and service quality on Cisco UC Solutions
- Cross functional support on for regional network and security operations
- Work with Global IT support groups, vendors, partners and service providers for incident and
problem resolution
- Deploy and support Cisco Unified Communication, collaboration and contact center solutions in
the APAC region
- Understand and adopt globally defined standards in APAC region
- Co-ordinate with global IT resources, vendors and service providers for support and deployment
- Technical documentation and training L1/L2 operational team

Experience & Skills:

- Strong knowledge and experience in Cisco UC Solutions - CUCM, CME. CUC, CUE , CUPS,
Voice Gateways, Gatekeepers, UCCX, Cisco Jabber
- Expertise with VoIP Technologies / protocols such as H323 / SIP / MGCP / SCCP / QSIG / T1
CAS / E&M
Experience with IP-Tel Monitoring tools & technologies – RTMT, Cisco Prime Collaboration
- Experience in integration of PSTN – Analog/ ISDN/ PRI/ SIP trunks
- Experience in Converged networks including switching, routing, WLAN and QoS
- Good understanding and experience of IP-Tel eco-system solutions such as FAX Integration,
Microsoft LYNC federation, Call accounting, LDAP
- Experience on other Voice technologies – such as Microsoft Lync, traditional PBX integration and
migration with IP-tel solutions
- Strong analytical skills for solving technical issues
- Good technical documentation capabilities
- Good communication and interpersonal skil s
- Project co-ordination, vendor management
- Cisco CCIE Voice / Col aboration or CCNP Voice or equivalent
- 5-6 years of experience
