· Responsibilities:

- Technical support to the commercial team to identify issues to be negotiated with landlords / local partners

- On site visit to assist choice of location and collection of data to provide accurate information (scaled drawings, traffic flow, fit out criteria)

- Technical support in the drawing up of a contract with clearly set out agreement between the partner and Bulgari

- Support the local team to explain the layout with in depth knowledge of the design (materials etc.) to be prepared with the client negotiation

- Support to obtain the approval for permits and perform site survey if required

- Control of the preliminary layout (also in relation to local norms) and set of executive drawings and details

- Collection of price estimates for local works

- Support to define the light box and graphics for the hoarding as necessary

- Logistical support to facilitate and speed up the communications and customs clearance and delivery

- Presence on site to support all shop hand over

- Preparation of weekly report on the work status and report following the installation of seasonal Visual Merchandising window set ups

- Responsible for monitoring and coordinating the arrival of VM materials for an opening

- Support to control the opening plan according to schedule

- Administrative support to follow up and collect invoices issued by local suppliers and co-ordination for approvals / payments

- Follow up to ensure completion of punch list and any post opening requests

- Key contact for local maintenance requests

- Research and screening of potential new suppliers

- Creation and update of a data base with all updated plans, photos of locations (shops, TR, wholesale)

- Creation and update of a data base with survey of all the personalized windows

- Verification of the shop set up in respect to the VM guidelines and control of the quality and luxury result

- Follow up for shop “needs” in terms of maintenance, props, showcases

- Presence during the setup of the new openings, and preparation of a report to be shared with the corporate office

- Fluency Mandarin and English Language (oral and written) - Mandatory
