Recruitment process:
+ Telephone Interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews

Responsibilities:
+ Accessories and Fabric Collections Management:
+ Managing adaptation of strategy on collections on the local market
+ Control of creation and regular update of seasonal collections
+ Coordination of interaction of (a) Brand Manager(s) with the sales and marketing department staff on all questions
+ Control of Preliminary Matrix creation
+ Control of Presentation Matrix creation
+ Control of Production Matrix creation
+ Developing consolidated business plan for all collections
+ Sales Management:
+ Managing wholesales & Distribution
+ Conducting regular analysis of sales market and competitors
+ Monitoring collections sale to the company's clients
+ Overseeing execution of sales plan
+ Developing potential of the clients
+ Monitoring work on the territory, developing the client base
+ Creating partnership with clients
+ Developing discounts and terms for wholesales
+ Carrying out presentations and exhibitions
+ Monitoring clients orders and documents circulation in the department
+ Overseeing goods shipment and delivery to the client
+ Managing receipt of money and return of receivables
+ Settling non-standard situations connected with sale of unclaimed goods and force-majeure situations with clients
+ Knowledge of the product, its technological and technical features

Requirements:
+ Profound experience in garment/ textile sourcing
+ Have a well developed feeling for fashion and trends
+ Have an established and active network of client contacts within the key markets, e.g, Middle East, Europe, America
+ Good knowledge of fabrics and garments
+ Good team management experience
+ Experience with domestic sales preferred
+ Be ambitious and success driven
+ Positive attitude
+ Strong persuasion skills
+ Flexible and stress resistant
+ Sufficient IT skills, particularly with respect MS Word,Excel, and Outlook
+ Willingness to travel within the targeted sales markets
+ Fluent in written and spoken English
