The client is a leading foreign automotive parts company.

Job Location:

Shanghai, China

Salary:

Competitive Salary (depending on experience)

Reporting to:

Finance Head

Travelling:

May need to travel within China sometimes

Recruitment process:

+ Telephone interviews

+ Face-to-face interviews

Responsibilities:

+ Responsible for the day-to-day finance departments management, supervision and inspection of financial operation

+ Preparation of the relevant financial statements in accordance with PRC accounting standard. Ensure compliance to statutory requirements and company policies

+ Responsible for providing superior financial statements and related financial information reporting

+ Assist the implementation of groups financial policy; financial oversight and supervision over accounting and asset management. Establish, implement appropriate procedures and internal controls

+ Work closely with outside auditors on all financial activities

+ Assist with developing tax planning and legal framework of the China operations

+ Plan and lead the local aspects of financial systems

+ Build up and manage the finance and accounting organization through identifying and developing capable employees by different way of coaching and training

Requirements:

+ Native Japanese speaker is a must
+ Proven manager with 8 years of finance experience MNCs, manufacturing background is requested,
+ Well-rounded leader with the utmost integrity and possessing excellent control/compliance skills, business partnering and influencing skills, and a track record of developing a high-performing team

+ Hands-on professional and an effective communicator (Japanese) with the ability to influence at senior level and thrive in a dynamic environment and ability to work under pressure

+ Good people management skills (coaching style of developing skills of finance department staff)

+ Ability to adapt to different situations, multi-cultures and people

+ Strong organizational and planning skills and the ability to work effectively in a matrix organization
