ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Review daily sales audit report and analysis on over/shortage for cash, credit card and gift card prepared by the team
2. Review bank reconciliation on revenue part prepared by the team.
3. Review sales letter to landlord prepared by the team.
4. Responsible for consignment stores settlement process. Maintain and track AR aging without overdue balance.
5. Review VAT calculation, filing and invoicing process.
6. Support Gift Card accounting process.
7. Prepare journal entries include inventory, sales, tax, and gift card. Review journal prepared by team member at month end.
8. Assist RA Supervisor on Store P&L report related tasks.
9. Monthly/Quarterly reports requested by RA Supervisor

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Knowledge, skills & abilities:
Fast learner, able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Strong professional skills on accounting, financial system and Microsoft office.
Self-motivated, hard-driven, with earnest desire to learn and grow.
Good Chinese and English language skills, both oral and written.
Strong analytical, sense of control and problem solving abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

2. Minimum educational level:
Bachelor degree and above

3. Minimum experience:
5 ~7 years and above working experience in finance / accounting role, preferably from MNC.
