ABOUT DIRECT HR:

Reporting to:
Lab Manager

Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews

Responsibilities:
+ Responsible for performing tests as per requests assignment and customer instructions. Follow Test laboratory Process flow to produce reliable and precise data
+ Providing support in appropriate scheduling process and distribution of electronics testing workload
+ Operates lab equipment and instruments following established procedures
+ Multitasking to improve capacity and timing due to emergencies to ensure the lowest possible level of interruption in the flow of testing
+ Provide support to Test Laboratory Manager on continuous improvement
+ Support internal and external customers. Establish test timelines and equipment limitations and communicate to Customer and Manager
+ Proving electronics standard, equipment training to the new members of the group
+ Responsible for testing equipment preventive action according to laboratory machine maintenance plan
+ Develop and define new test procedures
+ Support laboratory Manager for A2LA/ GM/ Ford accreditation according to ISO 17025
+ Responsible for laboratory test equipments calibration, repair and maintenance
+ Monitors inventory levels and orders materials and supplies in accordance with established policies and procedures
+ Operate EMC test, write test report and explain test result
+ Write EMC test plan base on OEM test specification and product specification

Requirements:
+ College graduate or above; major in Electrical, Electronic, Automation or other related subject
+ At least 3 years work experience in EMC testing or designing
+ Experience in automotive or parts EMC testing and verification of test setups
+ Knowledge of automotive parts EMC test standards and test methods, such as CISPR25, ISO11452, ISO7637, ISO1060
+ Good skills in reading, writing and speaking English (All work report should be made in English)
+ Good communication and interpersonal skills
+ Can work independently and efficiently; can work under pressure
+ High degree of quality-conscious and strong teamwork spirit
+ The experience of Toyota, Ford and GM test accreditation is priority
