Responsibilities:
1. VAT invoices and Tax related
? Issue VAT and red VAT (for returns) under supervision of local tax bureau
? Each received VAT from venders need to be verified in special system from tax bureau manually and being checked physically in local tax bureau office on monthly base.
? Tax filling and statutory finance reports reported online in tax bureau system and hardcopy physically need to hand over to local tax bureau
? Liaison with tax bureau

2. AR and Credit Control
? Sales contract review for Credit limit and trading term
? Credit control for distributors in daily operation
? AR reconciliation with distributors on quarterly base
? AR follow-up and support Sales Dept. to collect AR, action taken when identifying financial risk

3. Purchasing Account Payable
? Invoice booking when purchased goods received
? Intercompany reconciliation

4. Payment & T&E reimbursement
? Communication with banks and reconciliation for bank account
? Payment to vendors and employees on line

5. Coordinate internal and external auditing

Requirements:
1. At least 2/3 years experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational environment
2. Strong knowledge of PRC Tax & Accounting regulations
3. Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or Business Management is preferred.
4. Excellent knowledge of MS Office
5. English knowledge is mandatory
6. Good communication skill
