Key Responsibilities:
1. Accounting reporting for standalone stores
? Review supporting documents for payment requests and expenses to ensure reasonably and completely reflected business
? Ensure proper booking and reporting for P&L and Balance Sheets
? Responsible for account analysis and tracking un-cleared items
? Consolidate GNC Shanghai and Branch office for GNC stores

2. Daily operation for standalone stores
? Daily cash/bank reconciliation for GNC stores
? Daily sales reconciliation and reporting for GNC stores
? Sales promotion monitoring
? VIP membership price and margin evaluation before launch and points track
? Stores inventory counting on quarterly base
? Fixed assets counting on half year base
? Store P&L analysis and identify risk if any

3. Daily operation for E-commerce channel
? Daily sales recognition and reporting for E-commerce channel
? Be responsible for AR and reconciliation with Alipay for E-commerce channel
? Check parcel tax when happened in cross board EC channel

Requirements:
1. At least 2/3 years experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational environment
2. Strong knowledge of PRC Tax & Accounting regulations
3. Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or Business Management
4. Excellent knowledge of MS Office
5. English knowledge is mandatory
6. Good communication skill
