质量经理
要求：
1. 大学本科或工科类大专院校毕业，5年以上品保或相关管理经验。
2. 熟悉质量保证体系的理论知识，有纺织业工作经验者优先考虑。
3. 善于管理员工，组织，协调和动员。
4. 英语：读写（精通）；口语：流利交流。
岗位职责：
1、 负责质量部日常工作；负责原材料，生产过程以及成品的质量检验。
2、 制定和实施质量体系，方针。
3、 依据相关规则评估员工的表现。
4、 制定并实施针对部门内不同层次员工的培训计划。
5、 建立高效的质量汇报系统。
QC Manager
Requirements:
1、University degree or technical collage graduate, with 5+years work experience in quality assurance or related management.
2、Knowledge about QA system is required, with experience in textile industry preferred.
3、Good skills at staff management, organization, co-ordination and motivating employees
4、Familiar with reading & written English, verbal English required.
Job Description:
1. In charge of QA department, quality inspection on raw materials, in production, finished products.
2. Develop and Implement QA systems and guidelines.
3. Assess employee’s performance based on measurable values.
4. Work out and initiate training programs for all levels of employees in the department.
5. Set up an efficient quality reporting system.
