职位描述
接受上海某知名外资IT公司委托,高薪诚聘销售经理一名。
岗位职责:
1.关注目标行业中企业的需求,充分了解潜在客户的现状,做好项目需求分析,开发客户,用公司的服务产品满足客户方面的需求。
2.有独立业务开发能力,为客户提供外包解决方案。
3.不定期拜访客户,完成个人销售任务。结合客户需求做好标书,熟悉招投标流程(有相关IT、供应链服务经验最好)。
4.解答客户专业咨询,协助处理突发事件。
5.能够根据公司的业务指标,做好业务拓展工作。
岗位要求:
1.本科以上学历。
2.5年以上业务拓展经验,对BD开发有系统性的了解。
3.能够与各个级别的客户进行有效沟通,开发潜在客户。
4.有IT/供应链服务BD开发经验最佳。
5.英文熟练,英语工作环境。
Major Responsibilities:
1 Able to handle projects with minimal direction.
2 Achieve quarterly lead generation goals set by sales management.
3 Actively participate in the innovation of new techniques and strategies for marketing JDA’s products in order to secure new accounts.
4 Collect & analyze potential customer’s financial information, critical business processes and/or system needs.
5 Communicate effectively with Sales management in-person, via phone, e-mail and regular updates in the system.
6 Completes assigned work within the allotted time.
7 Conducts oneself in a professional manner at all times with JDA customers and internal associates.
8 Escalates issues that may have negative financial impact.
9 Help manage the business development mail box.
10 Identify and qualify their project needs, budget, timelines, business issues and obstacles for hand off to the appropriate sales individual.
11 Leverage skills to reach decision makers and market JDA product offerings via cold calling.
12 Make recommendations to customers on appropriate product and services options.
13 Participate in the first portion of the sales cycle by building relationships with key decision makers at targeted accounts.
14 Participate in the sales opportunity reviews and reach out and collaborate with the appropriate Account Managers in your territory.
15 Records time and expense into the time entry system
16 Support the Sales department through proactive marketing efforts/promotions, lead generation and sales system administration.
17 Track relevant sales activities & admin in the sales system (e.g. call activity, lead qualification details, lead pipeline, opportunity pipeline) to aid in maintaining communications within sales.
18 Update all contact details and notes in the CRM database.
19 Use independent judgment to create, analyze and execute pre-packaged multi-part marketing and lead-generation programs.
20 Use independent judgment to qualify and validate inbound and outbound leads via the phone, web, email, corporate events and direct mail campaigns.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree or higher.
· Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
· A strong understanding and appreciation of Business Development and building relationship.
· Must be dynamic, mature and client oriented.
· Ability to interact and communicate well with the C-level Executives.
· Good communicators with Mid-level Customers.
· Extensive network with the various Associations at Country level.
· Be willing to grow with the Company.
· Be proactive and full of zest/energy.
· Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
· A strong team player, professional and detailed by nature.
· Bilingual
