职位描述
Summary
Work as a senior team member on developing application hardware for EAS and RFID system product.
Lead a project, make decisions, solve complex issues, analyze the requirements, breakdown to high level designs, select key components, write detailed design documentation
Identify and resolve the technology issue from hardware perspective.
Activities are self-determined and involve the assessment and resolution of complex problems at the project/functional level.
Develop schematics with PCAD.
Design PCB circuit board utilizing FPGA/CPLD, HF Front End.
Requirements/Objectives
？ SCH hardware circuit design with at least 1~2 production release
？ Professional in Oscillograph, spectrum analyzer and other hardware test equipment
？ Extensive in FPGA/VHDL or CPLD programming.
？ Knowledge on RF and signal process of frequency transform.
？ Design experience with EMI/EMC and FCC compliance is required
？ Experienced in analog circuit design for HF Front End (UHF Band).
？ Capable of component selection, vendor relationship keep and design for cost reduction of large volume product manufacture are desirable.
？ Extensive in PCB design and layout.
？ Knowledge of appropriate design, manufacturing, and reliability considerations.
？ Good verbal, interpersonal, and technical leadership skills.
？ Strong written and read skill in both Mandarin and English.
？ Willing to work in a global structure with direct contact to German and US teams.
Education/Experience
Master/Bachelor of Electrical Engineering degree required.
About 5~8 years experience with full production cycle development experience
Experience with block diagram/schematic/layout/production for high speed digital circuit board
Proficiency in digital and analog circuit design for communication application, or security system or RFID similar system is required.
Extensive vendor relationship and design for cost reduction experience for large volume product manufacture are desirable.
Knowledge of appropriate design, manufacturing, and reliability considerations.
Professional in Oscillograph, spectrum analyzer and other hardware test equipment mandatorily
Driver/BSP experience with ICE will be a plus.
