Job title: HR Supervisor – Shanghai
The person will work closely with the outlet managers in implementing the company’s recruitment activities to deliver high standard recruitment services to meet company’s need.

Job description:

1.Understanding business resource plan and recruiting requirements
2.Defining target recruitment group and appropriate sourcing channels
3.Collecting and screening CVs
4.Conducting first round interviews and nominating suitable short-list candidates to outlet managers
5.Managing the schedule of interviews between candidates and outlet managers
6.Advising management team on recruitment guideline ( discuss about the suitability of candidates and provide HR professional suggestion)
7.Salary and other benefit situation negotiation with candidate
8.Keeping files of potential candidates in pipeline for long term back up
9.Be involved in annual salary survey to make sure the most update market information on C&B, provide professional advice when needed
10.Helping handle foreign work permit procedures, such as employment license, visa notification, residence permit, etc, & well communicate with foreign associates
11.Other HR relative projects
12.Assisting HRM to deal with the paper work and routine work professionally

Qualification:

1.Familiar with HR Management, at least 2 years practical experiences as a generalist and at least 1 year in supervisory position in a star hotel or a multi-national company.
2.University graduated or above in Human Resources or related majors
3.A thorough knowledge of labor law, human relations practices, theories, and principles.
4.Quick learner, hard working, energetic, self-motivated, able to work under pressure, good team player.
5.Fluent English oral and written abilities, fluent PC software skills.
