Job Purpose:

-TO do administration work about stock receiving, transfer into the system.

-To ensure that physical goods are correct and in good condition.

-To coordinate with Logistics, Purchasing and Accounting.



Job Description:

-To ensure that the goods are according to Purchase Order, good quality and in good condition when doing stock receiving.

-To ensure that the packing is in standard quality.

-To do shipping mark and packing list ready to send out with accuracy.

-To coordinate and ensure that all processes are handle at accuracy and on time.

-To report the inventory matters to Purchasing and Logistics Dept.

-To manage warehouse space properly with cleanliness.

-Maintain filing system.

-To do and support for stock take.

-Contributes to the morale and team spirit of the company by maintaining effective relationships with company, hotel, golf and spa colleagues.

-Maintains a high standard of personal hygiene, dress, uniform and body language.

-To be polite and profession in any situation where the image or reputation of the company is represented.
