职位描述

DEVELOP AND EXECUTE RECRUITING PLANS:
1. Work with hiring managers on recruiting planning meetings.
2. Create job descriptions.
3. Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.
4. Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.
5. Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
6. Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
7. Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
8. Build networks to find qualified passive candidates.
9. Post openings in newspaper advertisements, with professional organizations, and in other position appropriate venues.
10. Utilize the Internet for recruitment.
-- Post positions to appropriate Internet sources.
-- Improve the company website recruiting page to assist in recruiting.
-- Research new ways of using the Internet for recruitment.
-- Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.

NETWORK THROUGH INDUSTRY CONTACTS, ASSOCIATION MEMBERSHIPS, TRADE GROUPS AND EMPLOYEE
1. Locate and document where to find ideal candidates.
2. Aid public relations in establishing a recognizable “employer of choice” reputation for the company, both internally and externally.
3. Communicate with managers and employees regularly to establish rapport, gauge morale, and source new candidate leads.
4. Create contacts within industry.
5. Maintain regular contact with possible future candidates.

COORDINATE AND IMPLEMENT COLLEGE RECRUITING INITIATIVES
1. Coordinate college recruiting initiatives.
2. Attend career fairs for recruiting and company recognition.
3. Develop working relationships within colleges to aid in recruiting.
4. Give presentations at colleges, attend student group meetings, and increase college awareness of the company before and after career fairs.

ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES AND RECORD KEEPING
1. Manage the use of recruiters and headhunters.
2. Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements.
3. Conduct prescreening interviews.
4. Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
5. Assist in performing reference and background checks for potential employees.
6. Assist in interviewing and selecting employees onsite.
7. Assist in preparing and sending offer packages.
8. Perform other special projects as assigned.

ADMINSTRATIONS:
1. Supervise Spa People Development Unit functions ensuring database accuracy, systematically, well organized and proper tracking.
2. To efficiently handle reports i.e. Fast Track Spa Manager Program Progress Report, Fast Track Spa Manager Program Discussion Report, Monthly Training Report, Monthly Training Expenditure Report, etc.
3. Regularly discuss with Fast Track Spa Manager Program participants.
4. Organize training program as well as other relevant arrangement pertaining to the program such accommodation, airport transfer, etc. in case of non-Phuket based associates.
5. Coordinate with diverse sections both internal and external.
6. Conduct grading test for all Therapists, Receptionists, Spa Supervisors both Operations and Services worldwide.
7. To identify potential associates for the Fast Track Spa Manager Program worldwide.
8. Liaise with Manpower Planning Unit for selecting and recommending suitable candidates for overseas deployment.


General:
1. Take care of the departmental cleanliness & tidiness.
2. Ensure all tracking database filing orderly & systematically.
3. Undertake any other assignments and duties as may be required from time to time.
4. Protect and preserve the Company’s interest, reputation, and image at all times.


PERFORMANCE EVALUATION CRITERIA:
1. Details-oriented, accuracy & tidiness
2. Proficient & proper language communication delivered both written and verbal
3. To complete assignments within timeline.
4. Coordinate with other inter-departments for co-operation and support (Banyan Tree Management Academy, Banyan Tree Spa Corporate Office, Spa Outlets wordwide, etc.).
5. Drive and monitor Fast Track Spa Manager Program.
