1、本科学历，3年以上中大型制造型企业成本会计经验；

2、获得中级会计师资格。

工作职责：

1、审核工厂原料采购、低易品采购、物流费用的相关单据与原始凭证，定期编制成本分析报表；

2、监督材料出入库单据的流转，应付账款核算及核对工作，对于应付、预付进行及时的账龄跟踪分析；

3、预计订单价格和成本的初步计算，对可否接受作出建议；

4、按时完成成本的月结、年结工作；

5、定期组织及参与工程原材料、在产品及成品盘点，对差异进行分析及调整；

6、严格控制成本，促进增产节约，增收节支，提高企业的经历效益；

7、保管好成本相关资料和报表并按月装订，定期归档。
