Responsibilities:
1. As a leader of factory equipment management and building & facility maintenance
2. Drive the equipments operation with high reliability through WCM methodology
3. Propose and implement factory investment according to factory strategy
4. Develop the technical knowledge and capabilities with the employees within the organization Competency and talent development for maintenance staffs including back-up plan
5. Safeguard the installation and building in such a way that they fulfill all safety regulations and laws
6. Manage a part of the technical purchases as users with technical professional input
7. Spare parts control to meet the requirement of timely maintenance repair vs reasonable stock level
8. Expenses control for department and production equipments, seeking opportunities for unnecessary expenses reduction
9. To drive and cooperate with other departments to achieve factory target
10. Being a member of factory management team
Qualification:
1. Bachelor or above,
2. At least 10 years management experience at maintenance area while at least 3 years at managerial level, experience in job rotation will be an advantage.
3. English spoken, reading and writing fluently
4. Strong management skills in terms of equipment and team. Skillful for people development and is willing to develop people
5. Good communication skill to different stakeholders,
6. Being a good team player and willing to contribute to team
7. Mature, logical thinking and long term perspective, strategic thinking is a plus
8. Quick learner
9. Prefer with WCM/ TPM/TPS experience and Project management background
10. Good in computer skill – Exc. / Word / Auto-CAD…etc.
