职位描述
职位职责：
1、负责审核设计方案及设计变更，把握施工设计图纸的品质和设计进度；
2、负责项目建筑设计和户型调整，审查方案图和建筑施工图；
3、负责协调设计公司和施工单位相关工作。
职位要求：
1、重点大学建筑学全日制本科及以上学历；
2、5年以上设计院、房地产公司工作经验；
3、熟悉AutoCAD、photoshop等专业软件。熟悉建筑专业设计规范，具有良好的方案设计、图纸审核、设计变更及品质把控能力和丰富的实践经验。
