1. Support the EHS manager to optimize the EHS Management System in line with Mary Kay core value and culture. Including Implements & continuously improves EHS procedures to meet Mary Kay guidelines, effectively communicates EHS programs and policies to employees as well as subcontractors.
2. Support the department heads to deliver the risks analysis, Job Hazards/Safety Analysis, and develop the Working Instruction to guide the operators working safely.
3. Maintain an up-to-date site MSDS & Hazardous Chemicals Logbook to support the management of chemicals on site including procurement, transportation, storage, utilization and waste treatment.
4. Consolidate and analyze local occupational Health and Safety regulations & standards to improve industrial safety continuously to ensure the Regulatory Compliance.
5. Take in charge daily safety inspection on site: Collaborate with the employees on the implementation and improvement actions in their working place to meet the EHS standards, and provide the technical support to correct the potential risks immediately; Organize the regular safety inspection and issue the report with corrective actions plan.
6. Deliver the training materials based on issued SOP/WI, and provide the related EHS training to MK or contracted employees as well as subcontractors.
7. Participate in the accident/incident investigation, root cause analysis and treatment if required, issue the report with actions plan to prevent the accident/incident re-occurring.
8. Maintain a documentation system to keep the EHS records: EHS Information Log, communication materials, inspection, monitoring and audit reports, EHS training records, and accident reports to ensure that the major activities are properly documented.
9. Support the project EHS management as well as subcontractors’ management if required.
10. Support EHS manager to develop MKC EHS culture to be an Admirable Company and ensure the Sustainable Development, including exemplary Safe Behaviors, EHS communication, Safety Month/Day, ERT drilling, etc.
