职位描述：

1. 负责监督安排管事部的工作，确保每日营运的正常有序
2. 严格遵守员工手册上的各项规章制度
3. 具备专业的卫生知识并有能在工作中熟练运用，同时协助人力资源部进行相关卫生知识培训
4. 负责制定管事部员工的排班，配合整个厨房部的工作班次
5. 坚持对员工开展每日/每周的工作培训
6. 培训和指导管事部员工学习新的清洁，卫生标准和相关技能
7. 确保对所有的使用设备都进行过使用前培训
8. 确保进行过控制破损和精确掌握设备，瓷器和玻璃制品存放的培训
9. 以身作则，身体力行地参与日常工作，勇于承担责任
10. 监督所有管事部的营运成本，当需要降低成本时，能够采取正确的举动
11. 指导整个工作过程符合当地卫生健康的法律法规，确保为客人和员工提供最舒适的环境
12. 掌握酒店关于消防安全的知识和具体操作，尤其是关于厨房和食物方面

任职要求：

1. 三年以上相关工作经验
2. 学历中专以上的文化程度或同等学历
3. 熟悉各种餐具用具的品牌、产地、特性及价格，懂得餐具用具的分类和保管方法
4. 熟悉各种洗涤剂和清洁剂的使用方法，熟悉常用的餐具洗涤设备及其操作方法，了解它们的维修保养方法
5. 有较强的责任心,工作认真踏实
6. 身体健康，精力充沛

Amanfayun is the 2nd property in China, which is owned by Zhaode (Hangzhou) Hotel Co., Ltd. In the spirit of a traditional Chinese village, Amanfayun is a place to explore – a place of stone pathways leading to shaded courtyards, quaint restaurant and peaceful abodes. Situated on 14 hectares on the outskirts of Hangzhou, the resort is comprised of 47 dwellings surrounded by tea fields, natural forest and lush groves of bamboo.
