岗位职责：

1. 负责客房的清洁状况和布置规格达到酒店规定的标准
2. 负责客房内的家具、设备以及清洁卫生器具的保养工作
3. 负责员工的日常部门培训和纪律教育，确保员工安全正确地操作，言行举止符合酒店相关制度的要求
4. 审阅每日领班交接班本和工作记录本
5. 妥善处理好部门员工的劳动争议，并将初步处理意见报告部门经理
6. 协助部门经理做好员工绩效评估和考核工作

任职资格：

1. 三年以上国际酒店相关工作经验
2. 大专及以上或同等学历
3. 具备英语口语能力者优先
4. 良好的团队精神和沟通技能
5. 有良好的对客服务意识，责任心强

Amanfayun is the 2nd property in China, which is owned by Zhaode (Hangzhou) Hotel Co., Ltd. In the spirit of a traditional Chinese village, Amanfayun is a place to explore – a place of stone pathways leading to shaded courtyards, quaint restaurant and peaceful abodes. Situated on 14 hectares on the outskirts of Hangzhou, the resort is comprised of 47 dwellings surrounded by tea fields, natural forest and lush groves of bamboo.
