主要工作目的Main Purpose of the job:
-整合客户需求,制定短期和长期生产计划
Integrated the customer demands, conduct the short term and long term production plan.
-在保证满足客户需求的同时控制成品库存
Ensure the customer demand be satisfied and control the FG inventory level as well.
-理解生产计划的制定方法。将短中期生产计划提供给各部门,保证其与年度计划一致;评估客户预测的可靠性,保证本公司自定预测的准确性的提高
Understand the production planning approach and its limits. Provide both short term and mid term production plan; ensure consistency with the Annual Plan; measure forecast reliability; ensure continuous forecast improvement.
-控制死库存
Control Obsolescence
-当产能出现问题时管理并确定需求的优先顺序
Manage and prioritize the demand against constraints on production capacity
-在满足生产计划的前提下,保持合理的零件安全库存
Maintain the safety BOP stock and inventory under budget, satisfy the demands of production with stable schedule
主要工作Main missions:
-明确所有的产品和服务的需求,尤其是通过对客户需求的管理和月度汽车销售的预测,来明确公司销售计划
Recognize all demands for goods and services and recognize most likely the Sales Plan through the management of customer needs and the update of the key break-out coefficients applied to the monthly vehicles forecast. Build up the production plan (monthly, for the Demand Plan, and weekly, for the Sales Forecast, and daily for the customer KANBAN order) on 12-24 weeks horizon.
-保证月度计划,周计划,客户排程和主生产计划的一致性
Make sure that both Monthly Demand Plan and Weekly Sales Forecast, inputs for customer schedules and Mps, are consistent each other.
-提高预测的准确性,需要连续的基于需求计划周度评估和基于销售预测的月评估
Improve forecast accuracy, through its continuous measurement: weekly – based on the Demand Plan - and monthly – based on the Sales Forecast.
-评估生产计划的执行状况
Measure the performance of production plan
-在SAP系统中设立物料的安全库存
Maintain in SAP safety stock for components
-根据SAP的运行结果,更新供应商的送货计划
Update deliveries schedule after running SAP
-根据项目采购的要求,在SAP系统变更和调整物料的供应商和各供应商供货比例
Revise the market-share according buyers’ request
-负责每周向供应商发布滚动预测和定单
Inform the rolling purchase schedule to suppliers every week
-下达生产物料的采购定单,并负责 追踪到货
Place purchase orders,tracing and maintain them (invoices, confirmed closed orders, Kanban orders)
-定期召开工程变更协调会议,防止死库存、管理死库存
Prevent Obsolescence and control Obsolescence by lead regular ECR management meeting
-评估和监督供应商的供货表现
Review and monitor the supplier’s delivery performance.
-根据客户更新的计划,相应调整库存,并对库存进行分析
Material inventory analysis and control basing on customer’s updated schedule
健康、安全和环境,工作条件Health, Safety and Environment and working conditions
-确保健康、安全和环境的法规和条例的执行
Ensure full respect of HSE rules and regulations
-保证与部门经理和内部客户的完全和及时地沟通
Ensure transparent timely communication with logistic manager and internal customers
-与其他职能部门的密切合作,建立强有效的内外部合作关
Build a strong internal and external relationship with the other functions to work with

-审核成品的存货状况
Audit the FG inventory for both inter area and external warehouse.
-处理售后的备件定单和发货
Handling the aftermarket sales orders processing and delivery
-直属经理交给的其他临时任务

任职资格Qualification Request :
本科学历,理工科优先
Above college, prefer majoring in Science and Technology
英语良好;有2年以上生产计划工作经验
Good at English;Has more than two years master planning work experience.
逻辑思维能力较好;有较强责任心;有较强团队合作意识
Active and initiative; Good at logic thinking; has stronger responsibility sense; has stronger teamwork cooperation consciousness
