岗位要求：

专 业：销售或采购相关专业

1、2年以上外贸采购或销售经验，熟悉供应商开发流程

2、英语4级以上，能熟练应对日常的交流

3、了解OEM操作流程，较强的沟通协调以及谈判能力

4、有体育用品、保健按摩用品、健身器材行业工作经验者优先考虑。

从销售部门取得待开发OEM产品的信息，根据开发产品需求，负责搜集相关厂家信息，分析调研（实地考察），制作厂家目录；与厂家商谈OEM合作协议，汇总对比厂家素质。在OEM订单下达后，帮助跟单员协调 与工厂之间的关系。

岗位职责：

1、开发新品及新供应商，按照公司新品开发书要求，寻找OEM商合作，实现新品快速上市，为原有OEM产品

寻求供应链储备，为不断优化供应商、新供应商的准入提供依据；

2、新产品开发。根据市场需求、行业潮流、未来发展趋势等发掘新产品，为公司产品战略提供支持；

3、订制品评审、交货实现；负责与供应商的沟通、谈判、维护协调等工作。

本公司为外资企业，总公司CAP设在美国，主要经营生产、开发、及供应健身器材，超过26年的经验，客户遍及美洲、欧洲及世界各地。
