1. 接听、转接公司电话
2. 签收、发放公司快递
3. 公司客户/面试人员以及其他访客的接待工作
4. 公司内部固定资产统计、维护工作
5. 公司办公环境管理、维护工作
6. 制定杭州分公司的部分行政工作体系、文件
7. 公司内部文件的整理归档工作
8. 公司会议准备工作：会议材料以及用品准备工作
9. 行政相关政府部门，关系建立、维护工作
10. 公司内部用品采购工作 （办公文具/设备/饮用水/清洁工品等）
11. 制作每月行政支出/发票/以及其他费用的统计，报告工作
12. 配合公司其他部门对于行政需求的工作
13. 领导交办的其他事宜

船务方向：

协调航运，准备和发送文件，准备进口及/或出口的支付运费
1.跟踪工厂的货物
2.准备装运单据（商业发票，装箱单）
3.收集和分发船务文件
4.参观与SVG合作的工厂，监控即将离任的出货量
5.协调国内航运和产品整合
6.及时与国外客户沟通
7.保持航运中心关系，尽力满足SVG的客户的要求（项目的信息来源计划，库存）

任职要求：

1.至少1年相关工作经验，有外贸公司船务工作经验的优先
2.主修国际贸易，本科优先
3.良好的英语技能，英语六级优先
4.良好的Microsoft Word，Excel和电子邮件的计算机技能
5.强大的沟通技巧和客户服务意识
6.团队合作精神，细节至上和勤奋工作
7.诚信，细心，负责，果断
8.喜欢在一个多文化环境工作
9.有报关员证优先考虑
