Responsibility 工作职责：

1. To design the mechanical structure of Dental Equipment, including enclosures and internal structures.

主要对齿科设备的机械结构设计，包括外壳和内部结构；

2. To cooperate with PCB designers when designing the PCB outline and related mechanical parts.

与PCB设计师一起合作设计PCB外形和相关机械部件；

3. To use calculation and simulation when verifying and proving the structure and geometry design, like force analysis and tolerance chain analysis.

运用计算和仿真设计核实和证明结构和几何设计，例如力量分析和公差链分析；

4. Understand the requirements specifications from customer and system design, breakdown them into mechanical parts level requirements.

理解客户和产品设计的需求并将其分解落实到各机械部件设计需求；

5. Dimensioning of heat dissipation and EMC protection

对结构件散热和EMC保护装置的设计；

6. Draw 3D models and 2D drawings of mechanical parts.

进行机械部件的3D建模和2D制图；

7. To provide technical specifications for outsourcing parts.

为外加工件提供技术参数；

8. To cooperate with the Supplier chain team dealing with external vendors in technical respects.

为供应链部与外部供应商合作时提供技术支持；

9. To optimize the mechanical parts for manufacture and assembly and cooperate with engineers in EMS Switzerland Head quarter R&D center.

优化生产和装配过程中的机械部件，并且与EMS总部的研发中心进行合作；

10. To do the root causes analysis of design and quality troubles and provide solutions.

进行设计和质量问题的根本原因分析并提供解决方案；

11. To create innovative techniques and mechanical solutions.

提供创新性技术和机械解决方案；

12. Establishment, development and continue improvement of design environment and ways of working for mechanics within the R&D Center.

建立、发展和持续改善研发中心内部的机械设计环境和工作方式；

13. Participate and manage Design FMEA creation

参与并管理FMEA设计。

Qualification

1. Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. 3-5 years working experiences in Mechanical design for medical devices.

机械工程师专业本科及以上或相当学历，医疗器械机械设计3-5年工作经验；

2. Excellent theory knowledge of mechanical design, including calculation and simulation skills.

具备出色的机械设计理论知识，包括计算和仿真设计的能力；

3. Excellent knowledge of computer assistant design tools such as AutoCAD, Pro/Engineer or Solidworks .

熟练使用AutoCAD, Pro/Engineer 或者 Solidworks等设计软件；

4. Good knowledge within the EMC area.

熟悉EMC领域；

5. Good knowledge within small equipment area.

熟悉小型设备的开发设计；

6. The Scaler device mechanical design experience is better

具备洁牙机机械设计经验者优先；

7. Sensitive for new material and finish treatment knowledge and application.

对新材料和处理方式的知识和运用具备敏锐的嗅觉；

8. Good sense of material cost and manufactures process.

良好的控制材料成本及生产过程的意识；

9. Good understanding of Medical equipment design and key testing criteria.

熟知医疗设备设计和关键测试标准；

10. Basic knowledge of Medical design control system

具备医疗设计控制体系的基本知识；

11. Be proactive and responsible, result-oriented.

12. Good communication skills and social abilities.
