一、成本管理
1，按照公司的报价流程，及时准确的提供销售需要的报价信息 。
According the company quotation process , provid the quotation information to sale Departement timly and accurately.
2，在QAD系统中维护标准成本信息，核算、更新公司产成品成本、人工及机器费率等
Updated the standard cost in QAD system . Calculated and maintenace production cost /labor rate/ machine rate and so on timely .
3，编制月度成本财务报表包括材料消耗、报废、人工、制造费用等。
Prepare manufacture expense report monthly, such as cunsumption report ,scrap report…….
4，月末结算成本，完成成本类科目的中方报表与北美报表的余额调节表。
Charge of cost modle in ERP system , and close cost period , Check and loading cost account to HFM system ,reconcile balance between local and HFM.
5、成本差异解释，及原因分析.
Compare standard cost and real cost , analyze varaince reason .
6， 跟踪和记录各个项目预算，审核项目成本支出请况，编制项目成本毛利预测，Tooling成本毛利分析报表.
Follow up and record project budget and project cost ,issue project gross margin report ,tolling follow up report .
7，对材料采购差异，价格差异，进行日常检查。
Check and analyze purchase variance with standard cost ,analysis purcahse price saving .
二、库存管理
1，公司存货账务的日常维护管理，月末对账，编制库存报告。
Check inventory account balance between GL and inventory mould , prepare the inventory report .
2，非生产性物料领用的分析，费用分摊。
Analyze Extra Inventory transaction ，and distribute the cost to correct cost center or project.
3、库存物料库龄的分析，物料状态的分析、呆滞库存的计提.
Analyze inventory aging and materila starus with other invovled Deparment . Accured excess and slow moving .
4、月度仓库盘点报告及库存周转率分析。
Issue the physical inventory report monthly ,yearly .
5， 财务经理安排的其他工作。
Finance manager to distribute the other job.
岗位要求：
1.基本背景要求
Essential background requirement
（1）全日制会计专科及以上
Junior collegee or above in Finance and Accounting.
（2）在杭有固定住所
Have a fixed residence in hangzhou.
2.基本技能及工作经验要求
Essential experience and professional skill requirement.
（1）三年以上外资制造业成本会计工作经验，汽车行业优先。
More than three years experience in manufacture company , it is better vehicle company .
（2）对中国企业会计准则/会计制度法律法规比较熟悉,并且了解北美企业会计准则
Familiar with PRC GAAP and US GAAP and IFRS.
（3）熟悉ERP系统 ,熟练使用办公软件，尤其是excel
Familiar with ERP system; Be good at Microsoft Office ,excel expecially .
（4）积极主动的团队协作精神
Good communication and coperation skills.
（5）一定的英语听说读写能力
Fluent in English.
