任职要求：

1、较强的自我管理和自我约束能力，能独立完成工作，做事有条理。有良好的沟通能力和技巧，从而达到和美国团队的密切有效交流；

2、拥有电源设计、电力电子及相关专业及以上学历；

3、有IC模拟设计行业5年及以上工作经验，有高压AC/DC模拟电路设计经验者优先；

4、对模拟IC电路设计有深入的理解，熟悉模拟电路设计工具，比如Cadence/Virtuoso/Hspice；

5、有高压电源管理芯片布线的经验，理解高压电源管理芯片应用板卡PCB设计；

6、有高压电源管理芯片测试经验；

7、熟悉各种AC/DC和DC/DC的拓扑结构；

8、理解DC/DC转换芯片的控制结构；

9、对下面一些电路有开发经验： linear regulators, switching regulators, charge-pumps, PLLs, op-amps, comparators, battery chargers, DC/DC power conversion, AC/DC power supply, ADC/DAC, etc.

Job Description:
Engineer will design of high-performance analog IC and mixed-signal power management IC’s (PMIC) for applications including LED driver, AC/DC, DC/DC converters, SMPS, etc. Design activities include definition, design, simulation, layout verification and characterization in transistor level design of bipolar, CMOS analog and digital circuits for power management products. Candidate will be engaged with other Hardware/Applications engineers to successfully bring new products from initial concept through release to production. Ability to find and fix difficult IC problems in the laboratory is also expected.

Requirements:
1、BS/MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of relevant industry experience with a strong background in analog IC design, high voltage AC/DC technical experience preferred.
2、 Excellent understanding of analog IC design.
3、 Experience with analog IC design CAD tools (e.g. Cadence/Virtuoso/Hspice).
4、 Experience with High Voltage Power Management IC Layout, PCB Design.
5、 Experience with hand-on test of power IC.
6、 Experience with various DC/DC and AC/DC power conversion topologies.
7、 Understanding of control systems as related to DC/DC power conversions.
8、 Experience with any the following types of circuits: linear regulators, switching regulators, charge-pumps, PLLs, op-amps, comparators, battery chargers, DC/DC power conversion, AC/DC power supply, ADC/DAC, etc.
