1、合同的拟定、修改及审查。
2、合同的跟踪履行，参与工程项目验收，执行情况审核汇总。
3、为各公司、各部门提供法律咨询，减少公司业务上的法律风险，协助其他部门处理纠纷。
4、协助处理公司涉及的各类案件纠纷，协助执行法院的判决、裁定，案件的跟进。
5、日常法律文件、公司内部文件的起草。

任职要求：
1、本科以上学历，法学专业，1年法务经验。
2、熟悉经济法、合同法等相关法律法规知识。
3、良好的计算机操作能力，熟练使用OFFICE办公软件；优秀的文案撰写能力。
4、良好的团队合作意识，强烈的责任感，工作积极主动。
