Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics (Shanghai) CO., LTD (SGPPL) is a solely foreign invested company established by the Industrial Ceramic Group & Plastics Group of Saint-Gobain in 1995 in Shanghai China. Following that, it opened its Shenzhen office in 1998 and Beijing office in 1999. The company mainly produces and sells plastic foaming material, films, glass fiber fabrics, Teflon coated plastic, performance plastic bearings and seals as well as plastic hose and tubing. SGPPL provides products of various applications for industries such as automotive, construction, mechanical & electrical, electronics, textiles and HVAC.SGPPL is a group which conducts processing of plastic materials; its main business is manufacture of performance plastic and elastomers including all kinds of fluorplastics, Polyamides and silicone foam.Saint-Gobain Corporation has made additional investments of 6 million euro in SGPPL for its new plant constructions and production line expansions in 2004, due to the products’ competitive advantage and prosperous market. Finally its total investment reaches 30 million euro.The first phase and second phase of factory construction was completed in 2005 and 2009 respectively. The newest production line was put into full service use in June, 2009.

圣戈班高功能塑料（上海）有限公司是法国圣戈班集团工业陶瓷和塑料部于1995年在中国上海设立的一家外商独资企业。并于1998年和1999年分别在深圳和北京设立了办事处。公司主要生产和销售塑料发泡材料、薄膜及玻纤织物覆氟塑料产品、高功能塑料轴承和密封制品及塑料软管。为汽车、建筑、机电、纺织、制冷等行业提供各种适用于不同应用要求的产品。　　高功能塑料业务部包含塑料材料的加工行业。它的主要业务是加工高技术工程塑料和弹性体，包括：各种氟塑料，聚酰亚胺，硅泡棉等。　　由于目前产品在市场上的竞争优势以及良好的市场前景，2004年圣戈班集团对圣戈班高功能塑料（上海）有限公司增资600万欧元，总投资规模达到了3000万欧元，用于新厂房的建设和生产线的增加.2005年一期厂房正式落成，2009年二期厂房正式落成，于09年6月开业正式投产。

1 Write-up and update process documentation

2 Continues improvement of the current process and take lead of PIP

3 Support production supervisor in day-to-day opeartion

4 New product development, including transfer projects and local projects

5 Process related trouble-shooting and tech support

6 Budgeting of Capex

7 Operators training and qualification

8 Qutation for new product

8 Work with quality department on improving product quality level

9 Work with maintenance department in equipment improvement and maintenance

10 Consider fully EHS risk when build new process, change process or purchase

new equipment/facilities in process

11 In time report C+1 to process supervisor

1 BS or Master of Polymer Materials , 3 years work experience of plastic min.

2 Solid background in project management, new products development

3 Good English communication level in both writing and speaking

4 Expericence with profit improvement programs or 6 sigma projects

5 Team spirit and good communication skills

6 Be responsible and professional, self-motivated,

7 willing to take pressure.
