该职位为一年期限劳动合同岗位，合同到期终止不续签。
Job Responsibility:

I. Import Function
1. Manage, check and follow up the government regulation for import goods, check the Chinese label for the import goods with regulation department and agent, cotrol tax cost, compliance of declaration documents.
2. Work with agent to engage each port’s CIQ for product label registration and to stay abreast of changes in government policy that will impact import programs in the future.
3. Handle abnormal issues in the declaration process including negotiations with CIQ in the event of a disagreement or confusion during the importation, and communicate with Customs and Inspection department and ensure full compliance during the import process.
4. Provide relevant guidance and support regarding import-export laws and regulations upon request of internal departments. When foreign products do not meet Chinese regulatory requirements, advise suppliers what adjustments need to be made to the merchandise so that it would be compliant with Chinese regulatory requirements
5. Maintain the relationship with existing agent and develop the new agent and select port & channels for special goods' importation.

II. Demand planning & Oversea purchase order Function:
1. Generate sales forecast with sales and marketing team and make the corresponding procurement plan.
2. Follow up the whole supply flow from international logistics to China distribution Center.
3. Communicate with oversea supplier to place order on monthly basis.
4. Manage the oversea shipment with foreign freight forwarder.

Requirement:
1. Bachelors Degree
2. 5 years+ of declaration experience in large scale foreign company
3. Familiar with laws regulations of customs and import good inspection, experienced with declaration and inspection operations.
4. Have good relationship with others and communication with people well. Stand pressure well, be good at communicating with government.
5. Fluent English speaking and writing.
