Position Title : DESIGN Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:
Localize design concept and standards applicable for Sephora China with documentation and relevant design manuals / catalogues;
Manage the general design issues and inquires from outsourced design consultant/PM companies/Landlord requirements;
Communicate with relative departments internally;
Participate in the design process for assigned special projects if any; to provide design solutions to assigned projects;

Qualifications:
Architecture or Interior Design major; Above 5 years related work experience;
A broad job references of ID / Architecture or decorations projects design;
Sound knowledge in fitting-out / Decorative materials and luxury fittings;
Proficient in using latest version of Auto CAD / Photoshop / Sketch up / 3dmax / Microsoft office;
Be skillful in preparing free hand sketches and design detail;
Be skillful in written and speaking in English and Chinese.
Good English skill.
