职位描述
主要工作职责：
1、制定设备维修保养及大、小修计划，合理安排日常保养工作，确保生产正常进行；
2、根据生产部门提出的相关要求，对电气设备进行技术改造；
3、统计、购买设备电气备品，确保设备因故停机时间在最短时间范围内；
4、审核、把关和保管电气工程图纸，督促检查施工现场电气施工情况；
5、审核电气施工方案，检查施工过程中材料的规格、品牌、技术性能等与图纸是否一致；
6、协助生产及采购部门进行电气采购工作，负责与设备厂家进行技术交底、交接工作；
7、主持下属员工的任用、培训和考核等各项工作。
岗位要求：
1、电气自动化或机电一体化相关专业大专以上学历；
2、至少5年以上从事本专业经历，熟悉高低压控制系统、仪表控制及PLC控制系统；
3、良好的英文基础，具有一定听说读写能力；
4、有较强的领导能力和解决问题的能力，善于沟通，具有团队精神；
5、具有良好的时间管理能力和统筹安排工作的能力，工作积极主动、认真负责。
