Job Purpose
岗位目的
Quality Assurance Operator should test the product by testing bench safely, high-qualified and efficiently.
检测工的主要工作是使用测试台，安全、高质量、高效率地检测产品。
Key Responsibilities
主要职责
1. Familiar with work processes and instructions, and fulfill production target.
熟悉工作流程和作业指导书，并履行其工作职责。
2. Perform the test according to the work instruction and SOP （Standard Operation Procedure), and assembly the product according to the BOM (Bill of Material).
按作业指导书和操作规范检测产品，按物料清单安装产品。
3. Ensure the daily production output with safety and quality.
确保每天安全生产和保质保量。
4. Adherence to quality policies, procedures and quality control check.
遵守质量方针、程序，质量控制检查。
5. Work with the Production Supervisor and the engineers to improve production quality and work efficiency.
配合生产主管和工程师的工作，提高产品质量和工作效率。
6. Compliance with HSE policies and guidelines, and use PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), protective facilities and equipment properly.
遵守环境健康安全政策和方针。正确使用劳防用品，防护设施和设备。
7. Perform additional duties directed by superiors.
完成上级安排的其他工作。
Qualification
任职资格
1. High school education or above. Technical school or college educated is preferred.
高中以上学历。技术院校毕业者优先。
2. One+ year work experience in manufacturing industry, and experienced in foreign company is preferred.
1年以上制造行业工作经验，有外企工作经验者优先。
3. Basic English language skill. And be willing to improve English ability and work in a bilingual environment.
有一定的英文基础。愿意提高英文水平及在中英文语言工作环境下工作。
4. Able to communicate effectively and well understand the tasks.
良好的沟通、认知和理解工作任务的能力。
5.Pay attention to details and won the high consciousness of quality and responsibility.
有关注细节的能力，质量意识、责任意识强。
6. Must possess a high degree of integrity.
