职位职责描述Job Description：

编制并完善涂装区域安全环境规范及各项规定，制定奖罚条例及执行流程，并监督在全区域内贯彻执行。

Make and improve paint shop safety & environment rules and regulations, establish rules of reward & punish and its implementation flow, and also supervise the enforcement of all the safety rules & regulations in paint shop.

主要工作内容Major Responsibilities：

 定期组织对涂装车间各工位进行安全评价，针对存在的问题制定解决方案并督促贯彻执行。

Responsible for safety assessment of each station regularly, put forward measures for the existing problems and also supervise the implementation.

 组织对涂装车间的设备工装进行安全风险评估，并督促不合格项目的整改。

Responsible for safety risk assessment of equipment & tooling in Paint shop and track the modification of the unqualified aspects,

 对区域内发生的所有安全和环境事故在规定时间内按流程进行报告，并及时组织或配合事故调查及制定补救或预防措施，在区域范围内督促措施的执行。

Report the safety & environment accidents in Paint shop in time according to the flowchart, cooperate in accident investigation, correspondently make remedy & prevention measures for accidents and supervise the implementation in Paint shop.

 制定涂装车间各工位劳动保护用具的种类及配额，并不定期对使用情况进行评估并改进。

Confirm the sort and quota of PPE for each station, and make continuous improvement by making evaluation on the using status of PPE irregularly.

 对大型动力设备制作ECPL标示牌，并督促区域人员遵守ECPL规定。

Make ECPL placards for large power equipment and urge all Paint staff to follow the ECPL regulations.

 定期召开安全会议，不定期对区域人员进行安全环境方面的培训。

Hold safety meeting regularly and conduct safety & environment training irregularly.

 编制和完善涂装车间环境体系作业指导书。

Make and improve the Paint shop operation instruction sheet of environmental system.

 负责收集区域内化学品的MSDS并向环境、安全部门提交化学品MSDS审核。

Responsible for collecting MSDS of chemicals in Paint shop and submitting MSDS audit to environment & safety Dept.

 实施相关的环境目标、指标与管理方案，对不符合进行分析，制定并实施纠正与预防措施

Implement related environment target & plan and make corrective & preventive measures for environmental problems.

 负责区域环境体系内审及法律法规符合性评审及外部审核的组织工作

Responsible for the supporting internal audit of environmental system and exterior audit of law & regulation accordance.

 对全区域的安全环境工作进行系统管理

Conduct systematic management for safety & environment in Paint shop.

 对负责的安全项目进行安全检查和审核，包括SBI， SHARP及法规符合审核

Responsible for the safety check and review of the safety project, including the SBI, SHARP and Law and regulation review.

 完成经理交待的其他相关工作

Finish other appointed work by managers.

 外部客户outside customer：公司安全部及福特亚太安全部和环境品质办公室 Safety department in the Company and Ford APA Safety Department & Environment Office.

绩效评估标准Performance evaluation standards：

 完成车间安全和环境培训。

Safety and Environment training in Paint shop.

 无安全事故发生。

Have no safety accident happened.

 无工伤及职业病

No major injure and occupational disease.

任职条件Post Qualifications ：

 身体健康, 非色盲.色弱。

Healthy, and no color weakness and color blindness.

 本科以上学历

Bachelor degree or above.

 具有安全环境专业知识，具有3年以上相关工作经验者优先；

Safety & environment professional knowledge is required, and related more than 3 years’ work experience is plus.

 具有良好的沟通和团队协作能力

With good communication skill and team working ability.

 具有英语能力—四级以上，中英文有良好的听说读写能力

English skill- CET4 and above, and good speaking, listening, reading and writing skills in both English and Mandarin
