Job Purpose

岗位目的

The Quality Assurance Engineer will work with related departments to ensure the product quality in both semi-products and finished goods. He/she will follow up the in-process quality issues, and also handle the customer complains. He/she will also take the responsibility to optimize the product quality control system based on related data analysis to achieve continue improvement.

品保工程师负责协助相关部门，确保成品/半成品保质保量出产。他/她将追踪在制品的质量问题，负责处理客户投诉。同时，基于相关的数据分析，实现产品质量控制体系的优化，以达到持续改善的目的。

Key Responsibilities

主要职责

1. Responsible for the in process quality control and finish goods quality on Faucet lines. Champion the weekly quality issue review meeting with related departments, and follow up the actions till closed.

负责水龙头生产线在线产品的质量以及成品质量的管控，每周主持质量会议并跟进改善措施直至完全落实。

2. Handle customer complain; coordinate with relevant internal departments within company for the failure analysis and drive corrective/preventive actions, then feedback to customer on time.

负责处理客户投诉，协调工厂内部相关部门进行缺陷问题的分析，提出纠正预防措施，并将处理意见及时回复给客户。

3. Set up product quality management metrics. Regularly collect and analyze the related data to monitor the product quality performance, and share the information/trend to related department for improving.

建立产品质量管理机制。定期收集相关数据并分析，监控产品质量，并把信息/趋势发布给相关部门协助其进行改善。

4. Visit suppliers or customers to discuss quality issue improvement actions if and when needed.

必要时，拜访供应商或客户，以协调处理相关质量问题的改善措施。

5. Support Quality Assurance Manager and ISO Specialist with ISO 9000 related activities.

配合品质保证部经理和ISO专员开展ISO9000相关的各项工作。

6. Perform additional duties as directed by superiors.

上级安排的其他任务。

Qualification

任职资格

1. College degree or above, graduated from Engineering or equivalent majors is preferred.

大专或以上学历，工科或相关专业毕业的优先考虑。

2. 1+ years’ work experience as a Quality Engineer, Customer Service or similar positions in manufacturing plant is preferred.

1年以上在制造型企业担任质量工程师，客诉处理代表或类似岗位的优先考虑。

3. Strong ability to gather information and accurately identify the causes of problems in work processes.

收集信息能力强，在工作过程中能精确地判断问题所在。

4. Good at communication and excellent in data analysis. 6 sigma knowledge and experience is preferred.

良好的沟通技巧和优秀的数据分析能力。有六西格玛知识和经验者优先。

5. Familiar with the computer knowledge, especially skilled in Microsoft Office. Know about the statistical analysis tools (such as Minitab) is preferred.

6. Skilled in English language is preferred.

7. Hard-working and a good team player with strong consciousness of responsibility.
