Job Purpose

岗位目的

The Senior Engineer will accurately capture and integrate the voices of the customers and suppliers for all technical aspects of the product development.

高级工程师须精确地捕捉客户和供应商的想法，并将其融入产品开发过程。

He/she will hold the key to convert the customer's concept into a practical design, communicate with the suppliers as well as the production and supply chain teams, and provide professional instruction for engineering team and oversee the daily work.

他/她负责把客户的概念转化成实际的设计，与生产、供应链部门及供应商进行技术沟通并提供支持，为研发/品控团队工程师提供技术指导并监督团队的日常工作。

Key Responsibilities

主要职责

1. Be responsible for the authenticity, design timelines and performance of the products.

负责制定产品设计开发计划，保证产品真实可靠、性能良好。

2. Develop detailed drawings for production, and design for production processes to ensure error-free and efficient prodcution.

负责绘制用于生产的图纸，制定合理生产流程以确保消除不良并提高生产效率。

3. Be responsible for the manufacturing BOM for new designs.

负责新产品的生产物料清单制定。

4. Communicate with suppliers on the product design, and provide technical advice to solve the difficulties encountered during product development.

与供应商沟通产品设计事宜，就产品开发过程中产生的问题提供专业的解决意见。

5. Provide technical advice to the QA sub-department to incorporate the testing concern.

为质量保证部提供专业的技术意见，配合进行产品测试。

6. Create and maintain technical specification, and control the drawing revision status in accordance with the change request.

创建和维护技术规范书，根据相关更改要求控制技术图纸版本。

7. Responsible for all code and agency matters at the factory and sub-contractors.

负责跟进相关法规及认证技术事宜。

8. Evaluate the impacts of design changes.

负责预估产品设计变更造成的影响。

9. Perform additional duties directed by superiors.

完成上级交办的相关工作任务。

Qualification

任职资格

1. College education or above in engineering or other relevant majors. Degree of Mechanical Engineering or Electronic Engineering is preferred.

工程学或相关专业大专学位或以上。拥有机械工程或电子工程相关学位的优先考虑。

2. Five+ years' work experience of new product development in sanitary ceramics, sensor-activated faucet, refrigeration and/or pressure equipment field is a must. Worked for foreign invested company is preferred.

5年以上陶瓷卫浴、感应水阀、制冷及/或压力容器等行业产品开发工作经验。有外资企业工作经历的优先考虑。

3. Skilled in using graphics software to create new technical drawings and edit the existing ones.

熟练使用制图软件创建新的技术图纸、编辑现有图纸。

4. English language skills with good listening, speaking, reading and writing abilities.

英语能力良好，包括听、说、读、写。

5. Familiar with the knowledge of ASME (American Society of Mechanical Engineers) and IAPMO (International Association Plumbing and Mechanical Officials) standards is preferred.

熟悉ASME和IAPMO认证的标准和流程的优先考虑。

6. Familiar with the computer knowledge, especially skilled in using Microsoft Office Software, i.e. Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and/or others..

7. Well-organized and self-disciplined.
