Responsibilities:

1. Interacts with practice teams to understand business objectives and audience demographics.
2. Develops content for communication, corporate/product marketing materials and channel marketing materials, including advertising, eDM, website, brochures, success stories, white papers, press releases, feature articles, etc.
3. Play the role of in-house editors to edit/proof read English proposals, client briefing books, media materials, content for websites and social media, newsletter, and English press releases. 
4. Training junior copy writers. 

Requirements:
　
1. English native speaker (Chinese preferred but not necessary).
2. Bachelor Degree, major in journalism, communications, computer or a related field will be a plus.
3. Having rich experiences of US market targeted copy writing.
4. 5+ years experience in copy writing with heavy ad and digital copy experience. At least 2 years in e-marketing copy writing experience, including website copy/pr/online advertising/eDM/newsletter.
5. Exceptional writing and copy editing skills and attention to detail. Having rich experiences of direct sales-driven copy writing with exceptional copy samples.
6. Having deep understanding of data-driven KPI system for copywriters with solid experiences of evaluating copywriters' work with tracking data.
7. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and effectively juggle different writing demands.
8. Flexible, can quickly adapt to changes in priority, and comfortable working with partial information.
9. Working experiences in famous Internet companies is preferred.
