1、参与起草公司有关货品管理以及物流管理制度，经批准后组织实施并进行监督
2、对公司物流、供应链运作模式及物流配送网络进行规划和设计
3、监控商品的流转速度、配合销售预测，拟定各项商品的存量标准
4、进行库存分析，审核仓库报表，确保公司库存维持在安全警戒线
5、每季返货审核与处理，确保公司库存得到合理控制
6、负责调查市场运输线路、价格、时效、安全状况，根据所掌握的情况
作出分析和及时调整
7、负责同业务关联部门的配合协调工作
8、上级交代的其他工作
